Frequently asked questions

How does ClickMyGuide work?

Browse tours from licensed guides, reveal their contact details, and message them directly to book. There are no booking fees and we take no commission.

Do I pay ClickMyGuide any fees?

No. Travellers pay the guide directly. ClickMyGuide never handles your payment and charges no commission.

Are the guides licensed?

Yes. Every guide must provide a valid STB Tourist Guide Licence, which we verify against the STB public directory before a listing goes live.

How do I book a tour?

Open a tour, tap “Show contact” to reveal the guide’s WhatsApp and email, then message them to agree dates and details.

What is the difference between a private and a shared tour?

A private tour is just for your group. A mixed tour lets others join. Some guides also let you curate your own itinerary.

How do I pay the guide?

You pay the guide directly on their terms — cash, PayNow, or however they arrange it with you.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellation terms are set by each guide and shown on the listing. Arrange any changes directly with them.

Which languages do the guides speak?

Each listing shows the languages that guide speaks. Use the guide directory to find one that fits.

Can I read reviews from other travellers?

Yes, where guides have collected them — guest reviews appear on the tour page.

I'm a guide — how do I list my tours?

Register with your STB licence, fill the listing template, and publish. Up to 5 listings are free and you keep 100% of every booking.

How much do tours cost?

Prices are set by each guide and shown “from” a per-person or per-group rate on every listing.

Do you cover destinations outside Singapore?

We are launching in Singapore first, then expanding to markets such as Cambodia and Laos.
