Partnering with ClickMyGuide

What is ClickMyGuide, for partners?

ClickMyGuide is a discovery platform connecting travellers with licensed local guides. As a partner, your business is featured alongside those tours, in front of travellers actively planning what to eat, do and enjoy.

Who can become a partner?

Restaurants and eateries, wellness and spa providers, retailers, hotels — any business that makes a traveller's trip better. If you're not sure you fit, just apply and we'll talk it through.

How do I become a partner?

Fill in the Become a partner form with your business details and the package you're interested in. We'll review it and get back to you within 3 working days.

Where will my business appear?

On our Our Partners page, grouped by category — dining, wellness, retail and more — where travellers browse the businesses we recommend around their tours.

How do travellers find me?

Travellers discover you on the Our Partners page and through placements tied to your package, then contact you directly — just as they contact our guides.

Can I list in more than one category?

Yes. If your business fits more than one — say a café that also offers wellness — tell us on the application and we'll place you appropriately.

What's my relationship with ClickMyGuide?

You're an advertising and listing partner — not an agent or a booking channel. We give you visibility; travellers deal with you directly.

Packages, payment & renewal

What does it cost to partner?

There are four tiers — Essentials, Spotlight, Premium and Premium 2-year. Check the pricing when you apply.

What's the difference between the packages?

Essentials gets your logo and profile on the Our Partners page; Spotlight adds a site banner; Premium adds a homepage banner, priority placement and a social post; and Premium 2-year gives two years of Premium at the best value.

What do I get with a partner listing?

At minimum, your logo, a short description and a link, shown to travellers browsing our partners. Higher tiers add banners, priority placement and social promotion.

How do I pay for my package?

Your package is paid per period, in advance, via PayNow or bank transfer.

Is the partner fee refundable?

Partner packages are non-refundable once the period begins. If you cancel partway through, the remaining period isn't refunded.

What happens when my package expires?

Renew to keep your placement live. If you don't renew, your listing and banners are removed from the platform.

Can I upgrade my package later?

Yes. You can move up a tier anytime, and the added visibility applies straight away.

Do you take any commission on business I get?

No. Just as guides keep 100% of their bookings, we never take a cut of the business travellers bring you. You pay only for your package.

Getting seen & support

Do you guarantee customers or leads?

No. What we do is put your business in front of travellers actively planning their trip, and give you placement that gets you seen.

Do I provide my own logo and content?

Yes — you supply your logo and a short description. If you'd like, we can help polish them so your listing looks its best.

Can ClickMyGuide help create my images or content?

Yes, as an optional service — the same content and photo help we offer guides, so your listing looks professional even if you don't have ready materials.

Can I feature an offer or promotion for travellers?

Yes. You can highlight a traveller offer in your profile, and higher tiers let you promote it through banners and a social post.

What other support do you provide partners?

Beyond your listing, we run training and networking sessions and connect our community of guides, partners and travellers — so partnering is about being part of the ecosystem, not just an advert.

Good to know — the important terms

What are the terms of partnering?

You list an accurate, honest description of your business and keep it current. Full details are in the Business Partner Terms, which you accept when you sign up.

Do I need to keep my listing accurate?

Yes — and it's a key term. You're responsible for making sure your description, offers and details are accurate and kept up to date. Misleading or out-of-date listings may be edited or removed.

Can ClickMyGuide edit or remove my listing?

Yes, if needed. We may approve, decline, edit or remove any listing that doesn't meet our standards or breaches our terms, and we'll aim to let you know why.

Is my partnership exclusive to my category?

No. Partnering doesn't make you our only partner in your category — we may feature other businesses like yours, so travellers get choice.

Who's responsible for my dealings with travellers?

You are. ClickMyGuide gives you visibility, but any booking, sale or transaction is directly between you and the traveller — we're not a party to it.

Can you use my logo and brand?

Only for your listing. By partnering, you allow us to display your logo, name and description to promote you on the platform, and we use them for nothing else.

Do I need valid licences for my business?

Yes. You must hold the licences, permits and approvals your business legally requires, and comply with all applicable laws — keeping these valid is your responsibility.

What content isn't allowed?

Anything false, misleading, offensive or unlawful. Listings must be honest and appropriate, and we may remove content that isn't.

Can you change the packages or pricing?

We may update our packages or prices from time to time. Any change applies from your next renewal, never mid-period, so what you've paid for is protected.

What happens if I break the terms?

If a listing breaches our terms, we may suspend or remove it, and fees already paid aren't refunded.

How is my business data handled?

We handle your business and contact details in line with our Privacy Policy, and use them only to run your listing and stay in touch with you.
