What is ClickMyGuide?

ClickMyGuide is a listing platform where licensed local guides showcase their tours, and travellers browse and contact them directly to book. You keep the booking, the earnings and the relationship.

Who can list on ClickMyGuide?

Any guide who holds a valid tourist-guide licence issued by the relevant tourist authority in their home country.

How much does it cost to list?

Getting started is free — your first listing costs nothing. Beyond that, premium plans and upgrades give you more listings and greater visibility if you want them.

How do I get started?

Register, add your licence details and set up your profile, then publish your first tour — free to begin. From there you can add more tours or upgrade anytime.

Do I need to be an agency to join?

No. ClickMyGuide is built for independent licensed guides. You don't need to be an agency or company to list.

How many tours can I list?

As many as your plan allows, each with its own description, photos, price and availability. You can add new tours or replace older ones within your limit during your subscription period.

Can I edit or update a tour after it's published?

Yes. You can update your descriptions, photos, prices and availability anytime — your listing is always yours to refine.

Do I set my own prices and availability?

Completely. You set your prices, your dates and your terms, and agree the final schedule directly with each traveller.

Can I offer custom or private tours?

Yes. List ready-made tours, and offer to customise itineraries or run private trips, exactly as you prefer.

Can I offer add-ons or extras?

Yes. Offer optional extras — like a food stop on a heritage walk — and agree them directly with the traveller.

Travellers, bookings & payment

How do travellers contact me?

Travellers reach you directly by WhatsApp or email from your listing. Enquiries come straight to you — ClickMyGuide doesn't sit in between.

What happens after a traveller contacts me?

You take it from there — answer their questions, agree the details, confirm the date, and arrange payment directly with them.

How do I get paid?

Travellers pay you directly, in whatever way you agree.

Do you take any commission on my bookings?

No. You keep 100% of what the traveller pays you.

Does ClickMyGuide guarantee me bookings?

No — and no listing platform honestly can. We put you in front of travellers looking for a licensed local and give you the tools to stand out, but enquiries go straight to you: travellers contact you directly, and turning them into bookings is down to your tours, your profile and how you respond.

Do I handle my own cancellations and refunds?

Yes. Since travellers book directly with you, you set your own cancellation terms and handle any changes with them.

Will my contact details be public?

No. Travellers only see your contact when they open your listing to enquire, so your details aren't left exposed on the open web.

How quickly should I reply to travellers?

As fast as you can. Quick replies win more bookings — travellers often message a few guides, and the one who responds well first usually gets the trip.

Getting found & reviews

How do I stand out from other guides?

A complete profile with a clear photo, strong tour descriptions and good photos helps a lot. Featured placement and a tour video give you an extra edge.

What makes a strong listing?

Clear titles, honest descriptions, good photos, and a friendly profile that shows who you are. Travellers book the guide as much as the tour.

What do the paid upgrades give me?

Optional upgrades include featured placement, a tour video, extra photos, and more tags and reviews — each one helps your listing stand out and reach more travellers.

Can travellers leave reviews?

Yes — you collect reviews from your travellers as usual, and we help push them onto your profile to build your reputation and win new bookings.

Can I promote my listing on my own channels?

Absolutely. Share your ClickMyGuide listing on your socials and with past guests — every enquiry still comes straight to you.

Your subscription & relationship with us

How does my relationship with ClickMyGuide work?

ClickMyGuide is a listing and discovery platform, not your employer or your agent. You're an independent licensed guide — we help travellers find you, and you keep full control of your tours, prices, bookings and guests.

What are the terms for listing?

You list as an independent guide, keep your licence valid, describe your tours honestly, and deliver what you promise. Full details are in the Listing Agreement, which you accept when you register.

How do I pay my ClickMyGuide subscription fee?

Your subscription is paid per period, in advance, from your dashboard, via PayNow or bank transfer.

What happens when my subscription period ends?

Renew to keep your listings live. If you don't renew, your listings stop and are removed from the platform.

How do I terminate my subscription?

You can choose not to renew, and when your period expires your listings stop and are removed. You're free to rejoin later, though the free first listing applies only to new guides, not to those returning after cancelling.

Can I get a refund for the unused part of my subscription?

Subscriptions are non-refundable once the period begins. If you cancel partway through, the remaining period isn't refunded — and if you rejoin later, the free first listing won't apply again. We keep it this way to stay fair and simple for everyone.

How do I upgrade or change my plan?

You can upgrade anytime from your dashboard, and the new features apply to your listings straight away.

What are my responsibilities as a guide?

Keep your licence valid, describe your tours honestly, respond to travellers promptly, and deliver the experience you've promised — the basics of being a great host.

Extra support & services

Can ClickMyGuide help me with photos or content for my listing?

Yes. If you don't have strong photos or write-ups, we can help create professional images and polished tour descriptions so your listing looks its best — available as an optional service.

What other services does ClickMyGuide provide?

Plenty. We can connect you with partner services your travellers may want — hotels, transport and food — so you can offer a fuller experience. We also run training and networking sessions to help you grow as a guide and meet others in the community.
