Listing / Subscriber Agreement

1. Who this covers
This Listing / Subscriber Agreement governs tour guides and agencies ("you") who create an account and list tours on ClickMyGuide.
2. Licensing & accuracy
You confirm that you hold a valid STB Tourist Guide Licence (or applicable travel-agent licence) and that all listing information is accurate. Your licence number is verified against the STB public directory before a listing goes live.
3. Auto-publish & review
Listings are automatically screened and published once they pass required-field, content and licence checks. We may hold, edit or remove any listing that fails screening, appears fraudulent, or breaches these terms.
4. Direct bookings, no commission
Travellers contact you directly. You keep 100% of every booking. ClickMyGuide takes no commission and does not process traveller payments.
5. Paid upgrades & refunds
Optional upgrades (featured placement, video, extra listings) are billed annually via a hosted checkout provider. Upgrades are non-refundable once active except where required by law. Listings expire after 12 months unless renewed.
6. Removal
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any listing or account that violates the law, STB rules, or these terms.
