- More than 7 days before the tour: Free cancellation or full refund of the deposit, subject to any non-refundable bookings. - 3–7 days before the tour: 50% of the tour cost will be charged. - Less than 3 days before the tour or no-show: 100% of the tour cost will be charged. - Any non-refundable expenses already paid for transportation, entrance tickets, hotels, or other services will be deducted from the refund. - Changes or cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
