1. Scope (PDPA)
This policy explains how ClickMyGuide collects, uses and protects personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
2. What we collect
From guides: name, email, business name, STB licence number and listing content. From travellers: nothing is required to browse. We record anonymous listing views and contact-reveal clicks to give guides analytics.
3. How we use it
To publish listings, verify licences, show guides their view/contact statistics, and operate the site. We do not sell personal data.
4. Consent & contact
By creating a listing you consent to your business details and contact information being shown publicly so travellers can reach you. You may request access to or correction of your data by contacting our data protection officer at privacy@clickmyguide.sg.
5. Retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed to operate the service and protect it with reasonable security measures.
