These Terms of Use govern your use of the ClickMyGuide website as a traveller. By using the site you agree to them.
2. What we are
ClickMyGuide is a listing and discovery platform. We publish tour itineraries from licensed guides and agencies. We do not operate tours, take bookings, or process payment between you and a guide.
3. Contacting guides
When you reveal a guide's contact details, you deal with that guide directly. Any booking, payment, cancellation or dispute is strictly between you and the guide.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, scrape data, or contact guides for spam or unlawful purposes.
5. Liability
We provide the site "as is". We are not liable for the conduct of guides or the outcome of any tour. See our Disclaimer.
